Running Reports on Quotes Saved in the Database

The MULTICO Utilities program has a Report feature that allows you to run reports on the saved quotes in your customer database.

How do I create a report?

In the MULTICO Utilities program go under the File Menu to New Report.

This dialog will allow you to enter the parameters of the report you would like to see, such as a date range, a specific program (Auto or Homeowners), client status, and any or all producers and lead sources.

The results will be laid out in an easy to read format.

Where does the data for the report come from?

The data for the report is generated from your saved quotes. It is based on the producer name, client status and lead source saved on all quotes rated in MULTICO.

You can add and remove lead sources?

From inside MULTICO Utilities you can add and remove items from your lead source list. When you have a report open add and remove lead source options will be available on the File Menu.
