AIG Bridge Setup Instructions for eRater

Downloading and Installing the AIG Bridge for eRater

1. Go to http://www.aigsupport.com/files

2. Click the "AIG_Bridge_Setup.exe" file.

3. At the “File Download” window, click the “Run” button.

If a “Security Warning” window appears, click the “Run” button.

4. After the Self-Extractor has successfully extracted the necessary files, click “OK”.

   a. If the “Update Is Available” window appears, click “Yes”.

   b. After the update has been completed, click “OK” at the “AIG Bridge Switch” window.

Activating a Comparative Rater’s Bridge for eRater 

1. A second “AIG Bridge Switch” window appears.

2. Select the desired state from the “AIG Bridge Switch” window. A list of available comparative raters will appear in the “Rater” window.

3. To activate a comparative rater’s bridge to eRater, highlight the rater’s name under the “Rater” window and click the “Add” button. The comparative rater will appear in the right window pane.

4. To remove, highlight the comparative rater in the right window pane and click “Remove”.

5. When finished, click “Save”.

Click “OK” and “Close” to save the changes at the “AIG Bridge Switch” window.
