Arrowhead Bridge Setup

Instructions for setting up and using the Arrowhead Bridge.

You may export files to various company programs and agency management systems. NOTE: The exportable companies must first be configured in the Utilities program under the Tools/Integration Setup section.

How to Install and Setup the Bridge with MULTICO

  1. Click here, then click the Arrowhead Exchange Bridge link.
  2. During the File Download process, choose to "Save this program to disk". Please remember where you save the "Setup.exe" file in the "Save As" window. We suggest saving the file to your desktop.
  3. After the file has completed downloading to your local machine, you will need to run the "Setup.exe" file. Find the file on your local machine and double click on the file.
  4. Follow the instructions during the Setup process. When asked to "Select Destination Directory", we suggest using the default of C:\Program Files\Arrowhead\NAL. When asked to "Select Start Menu Folder", we suggest Arrowhead Bridge. Once the install is complete, start your local copy of Multico.
  5. Startup the Multico Utilities program and select the “Tools” menu from the top of the screen, then select "Integration Setup" (or you can select the Integration Setup button on the right hand side—designated by two arrows moving in opposite directions).
  6. Scroll down the list of bridge options until you get to the option titled “Arrowhead Online”.
  7. Click on “Arrowhead Online” and then check on the “Active” button in the bottom right hand corner.
  8. Next verify that the directory path is consistent with where you installed the Arrowhead Bridge. If not click on Browse and change the directory.
