Integration Setup and Exporting
MULTICO is able to import from and export to several company programs and Agency Management systems. The Integration Setup is located in the MULTICO Utilities program.
Integration Setup
- Open MULTICO Utilities
- Choose the "Tools" menu and select "Integration Setup". (If this is the first time you have run the Utility Program the setup dialog will automatically open up.)
- For each of the programs that MULTICO currently interfaces with, there will be an entry in the main box. To activate a particular bridge, select it and click on the "Active" checkbox. The text in the main box should change to Active.
- For programs that require a directory, there will be a default already entered. If this directory is not correct, you can enter a different one by typing in the "Directory" edit box below the main window or clicking on the Browse button and browsing for the correct directory.
- When you are done, click OK.

Agency Codes
Before you are able to export, most companies require you to add that company's agency code and the username and password that is used to login to their website.
1. In the Auto program, the Agency Codes field can be found under the Options menu.

2. Highlight the company and then input the agency code, username, and password information in the fields on the right. If you have different information for multiple states, you would have to change the state first before entering another state's information.

Export
To export to a specific company, view that company's quote and select Export from under the File Menu. A dialog will open with all of the companies that you have activated in the Integration Setup. Simply select the company that you would like to export to. Each company's bridge works a little differently. Certain bridges will open the company's software or website and populate that program with the rate information you are exporting. Other bridges will require that once you have exported from MULTICO that you then open their software and import.
